To help me assess your needs, all clients are required to complete a treatment enquiry form in full.

This allows me to recommend the most suitable treatments and create a personalised treatment plan based on your goals, suitability and my professional expertise.

Please note that not all clients are suitable for all treatments. In some cases, I may suggest alternative or multiple treatments that you may not have initially considered, based on your concerns, images and budget.

• A medical consultation form must be completed prior to any treatment to confirm suitability

• Upon confirming your treatments and selecting a date - a non-refundable deposit is required payable via BACS transfer.
